    If you do not receive the merchandise you purchased, please contact our support team immediately. After providing proof of purchase and confirming the issue, we will investigate the matter.

  2. Fraudulent Purchase
    In the event of a fraudulent purchase, contact us with relevant documentation. After reviewing and verifying the claim, appropriate action will be taken.
