Map Filters & Views

Filters and views allow you to control what information is shown on your map. This makes it easier to focus on specific details and share only relevant information with your team or contractors.

Apply Filters

To filter your map, head to the Filters button in the top toolbar.

You can filter by:

  • Object type

  • Category

  • Supplier

  • Location

  • Tag

  • Status

  • Custom attributes

For example, you could filter by a supplier. Once you click apply, you’ll only see objects allocated to that supplier.

Filters help you quickly focus on the information that matters most.

Save as a View

Once you’ve applied filters, you can save them as a View so you can easily switch between them later.

There are two ways to create a view:

Option 1: Save from Current Filters

After applying filters, click the Save as New View icon.

Your new view will appear in the Views panel alongside your master view.

You can then click the pencil icon to edit and:

  • Rename the view

  • Assign an icon

Option 2: Create a View Manually

You can also create a view manually by heading to Views and clicking Add New View.

From here you can:

  • Name the view

  • Choose an icon

  • Apply filters

  • Save the view

Once saved, you can easily switch between views.

Switch Between Views

Views allow you to quickly move between different layouts.

For example, you might create views for:

  • Production

  • Power

  • Emergency

  • Suppliers

  • Specific locations

This makes it easy to simplify your map for different teams.

Share Views

By default, views are only visible to you.

To share a view with your team, head inside Views and click Share View

Select users or choose All Users

Confirm sharing

Once shared, your team will be able to see the same view in their views panel.
