Using your company’s own email address for event-related communication enhances branding and improves email deliverability. With eventpage.ai, you can set up a custom email sender to ensure that all event invitations and confirmations come directly from your organization.

1. Log in to eventpage.ai.

2. Go to Profile Settings.

3. Open the Domain & Senders section.

4. Switch to the E-Mail Absender tab.

5. Click Add Email Sender.

2. Click Confirm – eventpage.ai will send a 6-digit verification code to your email.

3. Open your email inbox and locate the message from eventpage.ai.

4. Enter the 6-digit code in eventpage.ai to verify your email.

💡 Important: If you don’t receive the code, check your spam folder or request a new code after a few minutes.

To guarantee successful email delivery, your domain must be verified, and proper email authentication must be in place. Without these settings, email providers like Gmail and Yahoo may block your emails.
