Menu items are what generate Revenue on reports,
Sometimes a guest hasn't made a decision on items such as food selections, however, you can still add other Menu Items to show the expected Revenue.
Some properties will have a "revenue estimate" Menu Item to be able to report on this information. Others will have it broken up by revenue category - "food Estimate" for food revenue category, "drinks estimate for beverage revenue category & so on.
Others will have more specific menu items like '3 course dinner' but no selections chosen.
We currently offer many types of revenue reporting, most of which can be customized. A few reports include:
Event Financial Forecast - This report can be used to determine the total of Revenue Categories on an Event by Event basis.
Booking Financial Report - Breaks down the revenue of each Menu Item and gives corresponding details.
Catering Pace report - This combines Budget Pace and Production in one report. It summarizes Definite and Tentative revenue throughout the filtered year.
