Why Aren't my StayNTouch PMS Rates, Room Types or Accounts Showing in Event Temple?

Objective:

  • Set up my StayNTouch PMS Rates in Event Temple

  • Sync my StayNTouch PMS Room Types

  • Show my StayNTouch PMS Accounts in Event Temple

  • Why the rate value does not update when changed in StayNTouch?

Answer:

Your StayNTouch information is likely not showing up in Event Temple because you have not synced that information. StayNTouch Rates, Room Types and Accounts have to be synced manually in Event Temple. You can do so by following these steps (if you are an administrative user):

  1. Click on Settings from the left-hand sidebar

  2. Click on Integrations

  3. Click on PMS

  4. Scroll down to Sync

  5. Click on the button that performs the action you desire (Sync Room Types, Sync Accounts or Sync Rates)

Note: When making changes (adding/removing/modifying) a Room Type in SNT, you can resync the Room Types in Event Temple as described above however, this will automatically occur overnight if it is not done manually.
