Syncing StayNTouch & Event Temple

Syncs of your Room Types, Accounts & Rates are performed by our team at the time of setting up your integration. After your integration has been completed, there may be times you will need to resync data.

To access your StayNTouch Settings, go to Settings -> Integrations -> PMS. To perform a resync, simply click on the required option.


Sync Room Types

Room Type sync is one way to transfer information between the SNT and Event Temple. By initiating the Room Type sync, Room Types from the SNT will be pulled to Event Temple. If there are existing room types with the same room code on Event Temple, they will be automatically linked up.

If new room types are added to the PMS at a future time, room type sync should be re-run to pull the new Room Types. This will automatically occur overnight if it is not done manually.


Sync Accounts

This is normally done only one time (during initial setup). By initiating the account sync, all companies and travel agents in SNT are pulled and created in Event Temple. If an account with a similar name or account ID already exists on Event Temple, they will be automatically linked up.


Sync Rates

Sync Rates is one way to transfer information between the PMS and Event Temple. By initiating the rate code sync, rate codes from SNT will be pulled to Event Temple. If new rate codes are added to the PMS at a future time, rate code sync should be re-run to pull the new rate codes.


Sync Groups

Sometimes it may be necessary to sync a Group to collect the most up-to-date information from StayNTouch. Click the sync button when viewing the Group on the Booking Summary page.


Important Considerations about Syncing

If something is successfully linked to StayNTouch a 'Linked to PMS' icon will be visible depending on the page you're viewing:
