Why is Pickup greyed out?

Event Temple Web App
StayNTouch PMS

Answer:

Pickup for Organizations that have a PMS integration will be greyed out. This is because Pickup needs to be done via the PMS.

When the pickup is updated in the PMS, it will automatically update the pickup in Event Temple.

Additional Information:

If the Group you're working with is not linked to your PMS, we recommend you delete the Group & then link the new one to the Group in StayNTouch.

If the Group doesn't exist in StayNTouch, edit this group & select 'create on PMS'. Once this is done, update the Pick up in StayNTouch.
