Procedure:

You must be an Administrator on the account to perform these actions. If you do not see these options on your account, please contact your account administrator.

  1. Select your name at the top-right of Event Temple

  2. Click on Subscription

  3. Click on Manage Subscription

  4. Scroll to Billing Email

  5. Click on update information

  6. Type the new email address

  7. Click Save
