Answer:
Event Temple is designed to provide Stripe with the currency information that is selected within your Organization Settings.
To Select Your Currency:
Click on the Settings tab in Event Temple.
Click on Organization and select "Organization Settings".
Click on the "Other Settings" tab at the top of the window.
Select your preferred currency from the Currency drop down list.
Click Save at the bottom of the window.
