Answer:
Using the filter Has Unposted Charges on the Bookings List & Choosing yes allows you to see a list of all Bookings with one or more unposted charges.
Additional Information
Don't forget to narrow down your results further with filters, such as Booking Date & Save your custom View if you will use this report regularly!
Selecting No will Fetch Bookings that have all charges posted
