If you are receiving this error when trying to Create a Booking using Zapier then it means there is an issue with the data you have entered in the Action step of the Zap. There can be quite a few fields when Creating a Booking so you will need to go through the list and make sure you have entered everything correctly.

Here are a few tips to make sure your data is correct:

Fill out any required fields

Some fields are required when creating a Booking, ensure that all of these fields have information entered in them.

Make sure you are entering the correct data based on the field type

There are different types of fields in Event Temple and Zapier knows to only accept data that is acceptable for these fields. Make sure you are not entering in data that would not fit the parameters.

Examples:

  • Date fields - this field must be formatted as a date or the data selected must be a date

  • Number fields - the data entered into this field must be a number

  • Picklist fields - the data for this field must be selected from the provided list (click on the field to see the list). If you use the Custom data option to enter data into this field, it will not work.
