Feedback Request Creation Guide

With the recent enhancements to the Feedback Request creation process, we thought a quick run through of the new features could be useful.

Much of the process has been left untouched, however we’ve added in a collection of user customisation options to allow for the best possible presentation.

Just like now you can begin a Feedback Request by selecting the “Send A New Feedback Request” button located under the sent requests tab. Upon doing so you will be greeted by a slightly expanded view than before.

You are free to select the Pulse's Name, Due date and have the option of giving the email notification a descriptive Subject line.

But you will also now have the option to customise the Email notifications header as well as the description contained within, allowing you to fully customise the notifications participants will receive

For Instance our Pulse notification email would appear as below

With these changes we aim to allow users greater freedom on the appearance of their requests and to have the information within displayed in a clearer format.

Also added in with the latest changes is the option to alert users with a popup when they enter the Pulse, this is designed to allow users to get a greater understanding of what they topics the Pulse will be on and any directions the Pulse giver would like them to follow.

By filling out the above optional text box, users will be greeted by a notification when entering the Pulse as seen below

From there the feedback request creation process hasn’t changed!
