Evey Dashboard: Finding Events by Searching, Filtering, and Sorting

When you open the Evey Events & Tickets app, the main dashboard displays a list of all your events. You can easily locate specific events using the built-in search, filter, and sort options.

Here’s how each tool works:

Tabs at the Top:

  • All Events - This shows the list of all the events you currently have for your store.

  • Upcoming Events - This displays the events that have their start date within 45 days.

  • Archived Events - This shows the events that you have archived in case you need to reference their data.

Search and Filter Options:

  • Search events - This field allows you to type in some keywords related to the event

  • Tagged with - This feature enables users to locate content by specific tags or keywords associated with it, simplifying search outcomes through organized categorization, thereby boosting efficiency and ensuring easy access to relevant information.

  • Publish status – Choose between:

    • Active – Events currently live in your store.

    • Draft – Events still being set up or not yet published.
      To update an event’s status, open the event, go to the Event Settings page, and update the Product Status under the Event tab.

Sorting Options:

  • Newest start date – Events are sorted with the most recently starting events at the top.

  • Oldest start date – Events are sorted by the earliest start dates first.

  • Highest number – Events sorted by event number (automatically generated in the order events were created, starting at #1).

  • Lowest number – Events are sorted with the lowest event numbers first.

  • Title A-Z – Events listed alphabetically by title.

  • Title Z-A – Events listed in reverse alphabetical order.
