How to Filter Attendees in the Check-In App and Dashboard

We offer a variety of filtering options to help you quickly find attendee information, whether you’re using the Check-In App or managing your event from the Evey dashboard inside Shopify.

  • Ticket number

  • Check-in status

  • Ticket Status

  • Ticket Type

These filters are useful for on-site staff needing quick access to attendee data during the event.


Available Filters in the Evey Dashboard (Shopify)

If you're not using the Check-In App, you can also filter attendees directly from your Evey dashboard within Shopify. To do this:

  1. Go to the event and click on Attendees from the event dashboard.

  2. On the Attendees page, click More Filters.

  3. You'll then see the following filter options:

  • Ticket type

  • Ticket status

  • Check-in status

  • Ticket delivery status

  • Ticket purchased since

  • Email status

  • Phone status

  • Ticket number range

  • Refund status

These advanced filters are especially helpful when managing guest lists or reviewing attendance after your event.
