How do we enable "Compare-at price" on events?

Providing customers with a great shopping experience is essential, and one way to enhance this is by using the "Compare-at price". This feature can now be enabled in Evey.

To enable this you may follow the steps below:

1. Go to the event that you need the compared at price enabled > Event settings > Shopify Admin Product page.

2. It will take you to a page similar to the screenshot below. Scroll down to the "Variants" section and click on the ticket variant for which you would like to enable the "Compare-at price".

3. Don't forget to save the changes.

NOTE: If there are more variant that you need the "Compare-at price" enabled, do the same steps.

FAQ's

I have enabled the "Compare-at Price" , but it's still not visible on the site. Why is this happening?

  • It might take up to 30 minutes to an hour for the "Compare-at Price" to appear. If it's still not showing, try opening the page in an incognito or in Private browser. If it works there, clear your browser's cache and cookies.

I'm using a multi-ticket selector and followed the same steps, but the "Compare-at Price" is still not working.

  • Unfortunately, the "Compare-at Price" feature isn't compatible with the multi-ticket selector. We recommend switching to the variant picker to use this feature.
