Displaying a Compare-at-Price can help show customers the value of a discounted ticket, making promotions more compelling. This feature is now supported in Evey Events.
How to Enable Compare-at Price
Go to the event in the Evey app and click “Event settings.”
Click the “Shopify Admin Product Page” link.
In Shopify, scroll to the “Variants” section.
Click on the ticket variant you want to update.
Enter a Compare-at price higher than the actual price.
Click “Save.”
Repeat these steps for each ticket variant if needed.
FAQ's
I have enabled the "Compare-at Price", but it's still not visible on the site. Why is this happening?
It might take up to 30 minutes to an hour for the "Compare-at Price" to appear. If it's still not showing, try opening the page in an incognito or Private browser. If it works there, clear your browser's cache and cookies.
I'm using a multi-ticket selector and followed the same steps, but the "Compare-at Price" is still not working.
Unfortunately, the "Compare-at-Price" feature isn't compatible with the multi-ticket selector. We recommend switching to the variant picker to use this feature.
