Exporting Attendees to CSV with Evey Events & Tickets Limit

Updated over a month ago

Evey Events & Tickets lets you manage events, sell tickets, and track attendees on your Shopify store. While you can export attendee data to a CSV file, there is a limit of 10,000 attendees per export.

Why Is There a 10,000-Attendee Limit?

The export feature is currently limited to 10,000 attendees per CSV file due to technical performance reasons. This means if your event has more than 10,000 attendees, they cannot be exported all at once.

Workaround for Exporting More Than 10,000 Attendees

You can export attendees in batches by using ticket number ranges and then merge the files into one CSV.

  1. Open the Evey Events & Tickets app and go to the event you want to export attendees for.

  2. Click on “Attendees” from the top or navigate through “Actions” > “Attendees.”

  3. Click on “More filters.”

  4. Select “Ticket number range” and enter 1 and 10000 in the “Start” and “End” fields, then click “Apply.”

If you have 20,000 attendees, this will select the first 10,000.

  5. Click the checkbox to select all attendees, then click “Select all [#] attendees in your store.”

  6. Click “Actions” and choose “Export attendees.”

  7. Enter the email address to receive the file and click “Export attendees.”

  8. Repeat steps 3–7 using the next ticket number range (e.g., 10001–20000) until all attendees are exported.

Once all batches are downloaded, compile them into a single CSV file by copying the contents into one master sheet.
