One of the most used features of the app is the attendee information form, this allows you to collect important information from your customers before they can purchase a ticket. You also have the option of editing or deleting the fields of the form by clicking on the settings or trash bin icon.
Now, what if you do not have the option to edit or delete a field?
If the option to delete or edit a field is missing, this means that an attendee information form template is used on the form.
To edit the form, here's how you can address this:
1. Go to the "Settings" within the Evey Events app.
2. On the Settings page, click on "Attendee Information."
3. This will direct you to the "Attendee information templates."
4. Click on the template used for the event, and you should be able to edit the template here
5. After making the necessary edits, save the changes to the template.
