The Attendee Information Form is one of the most used features in the Evey Events & Tickets. It lets you collect important details from your customers before they complete their ticket purchase.
If you’re just getting started, here’s a guide on how to set up your attendee form.
Editing or Deleting Form Fields
To edit or delete a field from your form, just click the settings or trash bin icon next to the field.
However, if you don’t see the option to edit or delete a field, it’s likely because your form is using a template.
How to Edit a Template
If a form is using a template, you’ll need to edit it directly from the app’s settings:
- In the Evey Events app, go to Settings. 
- Click Attendee Information. 
- Under Attendee Information Templates, find and click the template used for your event. 
- Make your changes, then click Save. 
Once saved, any events using that template will automatically reflect the updated fields.
