No Events Visible When Logged Into The Check-in App

The check-in app is an essential tool that allows store owners and staff to seamlessly verify tickets and manage attendee flow by scanning the QR codes. However, some users have reported a common issue: no events are visible when logged into the check-in app.

The following are the possible reasons why this is happening:

1. No events are assigned to the check-in user

When adding a check-in user, the "full access" checkbox is selected by default. However, some store owners prefer to provide limited access and may uncheck the "full access" option.

If they forget to assign specific events to the check-in user, no events will appear for that user. Here's an example of what the user will see when logged in.

  • To resolve this, the store owner can go to Evey > Settings > Check-in accounts.
    ​

  • Find the user's email address and assign the necessary events to their account.
    ​

  • Once this is completed, don't forget to hit the "Save" button.

2. App Cache

If the problem is still persistent after doing the steps above, it could be a cache issue.

  • In the check-in app, click Settings > Logout and clear data.
    ​

  • Once logged out, try to log in again and check if the problem has been resolved.
