At Evey Events, we strive to make managing your event check-in users as straightforward as possible. To delete a check-in user, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Evey Events account on Shopify.
2. From your Shopify dashboard, navigate to the Evey Events app.
3. Within the Evey Events app, locate the "Settings" option and click on it to access the settings menu.
4. Under the settings menu, you'll find a tab labeled "Check-in Accounts." Click to proceed.
5. In the "Check-in Accounts" section, you'll see a list of your check-in users. Identify the user you wish to delete from the list.
6. Click on the user's name to open their profile.
7. Inside the user's profile, locate and click on the "Delete" option.
8. A confirmation message will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion. Confirm your intention to delete the check-in user.
9. Once confirmed, the check-in user will be permanently deleted from your account. You will receive a pop-up message indicating the successful deletion.
And that's it! You've successfully deleted a check-in user from your Evey Events account.
