Including your company logo in notification emails helps reinforce your brand identity and ensures a professional look in your customer communications. These emails are sent automatically after a customer purchases a ticket and can also include event details or reminders.


How to Add Your Logo to Notification Emails

  1. Upload Your Logo in Shopify

    • From your Shopify admin, go to “Content” and click on “Files.”

    • Click “Upload files” and select your logo image.

    • After uploading, click the copy link icon next to the file to copy its URL.

  2. Add the Logo in Evey

    • Open the Evey app and select your event.

    • Click “Event settings.”

    • Go to the “Notifications” tab.

    • Scroll down to the “Brand settings” section.

    • Paste the copied URL into the “Logo Image URL” field.

    • Adjust the logo size in the “Logo width (pixels)” field, if needed.

    • Click “Save.”

You’ll see a preview of the email, including the logo, on the left side of the page.
