How to Add a Google Map to Your Online Ticket Page

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Many merchants love being able to share the location of their event quickly and clearly with their customers. That’s why Evey Events & Tickets supports embedding a Google Map directly into your Online Ticket Page, the page your customers receive when they purchase a ticket.

Here’s how to do it in two simple steps:

Step 1: Get the Google Maps Embed Code

  1. Go to Google Maps and search for your event location.

  2. Click the "Share" button on the location.

  3. In the pop-up window, select the "Embed a map" tab.

  4. Click “Copy HTML” to copy the iframe code.

Step 2: Embed the Map in Your Ticket Page

  1. In the Evey admin, find your event and click “Event Settings,” and go to "Tickets."

  2. Under “Online Ticket Page,” click “Customize.”

  3. From the list of template blocks, select “Custom HTML / Liquid.”

  4. Paste the iframe code from Google Maps into the HTML / Liquid Code box.

  5. You can use the six-dot icon to drag and drop this block anywhere on the ticket page.

That’s it! You’ve now embedded a Google Map to help your customers find your event with ease.
