Do Charges Stop After My Event Ends?
No. Per Shopify policies, you must manually cancel your subscription through the app to stop charges. Until canceled, the app will continue to provide access to your data, and charges will apply.
What If I Have Multiple Events or None in a Month?
All plans include unlimited events.
Monthly subscription fees apply regardless of the number of active events.
Per-ticket fees only apply when you sell or create tickets.
How Is the Per-Ticket Fee Calculated?
The per-ticket fee is charged for each ticket created by the app, including:
Tickets from Shopify storefront sales.
Tickets created manually in the app.
Tickets created via CSV imports.
Tickets generated through integrations like Zapier.
Note: Group ticket types that generate multiple attendees/tickets count as multiple tickets.
Are Refunded or Canceled Tickets Counted Toward Billing?
Yes, refunded or canceled tickets are still included in the per-ticket fee and are not reimbursed.
What About Free Tickets?
On the Lite Plan, free tickets incur the standard $1 fee.
On all other plans, free tickets (price set to $0) do not incur any fee.
Tickets reduced to $0 using discount codes are not considered free and will be charged the per-ticket fee.
Why Does Shopify Say There’s a $1000 Limit?
Shopify imposes a $1000 monthly limit for ticket fees charged through the platform. If you reach this limit:
Orders will still process during the billing cycle.
Outstanding fees will be charged in the following month unless the limit is increased.
