What Charges Should I Expect?
Evey offers several plans to match your event needs. If none of the plans work for you, please contact us, and we’ll help you find the right solution.
Lite Plan
Cost: No monthly subscription + $1 per attendee ticket
Best For:
Basic ticketing needs
Custom web, PDF, and Apple Wallet tickets

Do Charges Stop After My Event Ends?
No. Charges do not stop automatically.
Per Shopify policy, you must manually cancel your subscription in the app to avoid further charges. Until canceled, the app remains active, and billing will continue.
What If I Don’t Have Events This Month?
All plans include unlimited events
Monthly fees apply even if you don’t run an event
Per-ticket fees only apply when tickets are created or sold
How Are Per-Ticket Fees Calculated?
The per-ticket fee applies to every ticket created, including:
Tickets sold on your Shopify storefront
Manually created tickets
Tickets created through CSV imports
Tickets created via integrations (e.g., Zapier)
Note: Group ticket types that generate multiple tickets count as multiple charges.
Are Refunded or Canceled Tickets Still Charged?
Yes. Even if a ticket is refunded or canceled, the per-ticket fee still applies. These fees are not reimbursed.
What About Free Tickets?
On the Lite Plan, all tickets (including free ones) incur the $1 fee
On other plans, tickets priced at $0 do not incur a fee
Tickets discounted to $0 using discount codes are still charged
Why Does Shopify Say There’s a $1000 Limit?
Shopify enforces a $1000/month limit for app charges.
If you reach this limit:
Orders will still go through
Any unpaid fees will be billed the next month unless your limit is increased
