Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

We might be able to update your shipping address, but it depends on the status of your order. Some orders are processed and shipped shortly after they're placed, so there’s only a small window to make changes.

We’re usually unable to change the address if:

  • The order has already shipped – Once it's on the way, we can’t make changes.

  • The new address is in a different country – We may not be able to redirect international shipments.

  • The order is fulfilled by a third-party – Some partners lock in shipping details immediately after the order is placed.

If you’ve just placed your order and need to make a change, we'll check the status and do our best to help.
