Cancel my subscription

We’re sorry to see you go! If you’ve decided to cancel your subscription, here’s a quick guide to walk you through the process.

🚶 Step-by-Step: Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your account

    Head to Examply and sign in using your credentials.

  2. Go to Billing Settings

    • Click your profile avatar (top right corner).

    • Select Settings > Billing from the menu.

  3. Select “Manage Plan”

    Under the Current Plan section, click the Manage Plan button.

  4. Click “Cancel Subscription”

    Scroll to the bottom of the plan details page and select Cancel Subscription.

  5. Confirm Your Cancellation

    We’ll ask you to confirm. You may also be prompted to provide feedback to help us improve.

  6. Receive Confirmation

    You’ll receive a confirmation email once your subscription is canceled. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
