In order for the Data Analytics Dashboard to reflect the data correctly, it is important that the Rate & Review Forms are turned on for the campaign, and a Cost (campaign Value) is set during campaign set up.

In this article:

  1. Turning on Rate & Review Forms

When you set up a campaign, turn on the Rate and Review task on the last page.

This turns on 2 things:

  • A prompt for sales & agencies to review the campaign overall (1x per year). This is triggered monthly.

  • The option to review the individual booking:

    • Sales users and Delivery Agencies will have the option to from platform

    • Venues will be prompted at the time selected above

    • Staff Agencies will be asked to review each staffed booking

You can select here how many hours or days after the event you wish the individual forms to be sent out.

  • For events, we recommend immediately after (i.e. 1 hour)

  • For POS, we recommend leaving time for the POS to be in action (i.e. 30 days)

For instructions for Agency, Sales Rep and Venues, see here.

The information from these forms is fed through to the Data Analytics Dashboard so it's really important that this is turned on for campaigns you want to review the M&E for.

Encouraging brands, agencies, and venues to complete these forms ensures the collection of rich, real-time data. This feedback is essential for accurate measurement and evaluation (M&E) of campaign success, and helps drive better decision-making, continuous improvement, and stronger ROI insights.

2. Setting the Value of a campaign

The value for the campaign is set during the initial campaign setup. It’s important that this is completed at the start of the campaign so the Measurement & Evaluation (M&E) data accurately reflects the return on investment.

The campaign value is a key data point used in reporting and analysis. Without it, the platform cannot calculate cost-effectiveness or impact accurately. Setting the correct value upfront ensures the Data Analytics Dashboard provides meaningful insights that can guide future planning and demonstrate ROI to clients and stakeholders.
