Why do reviews matter?

Feedback on experiences help the brands you are working with to provide incredible activations, events and experiences that help you to drive sales and footfall.

The feedback and data collected in the Rate & Review forms is regularly reviewed and analysed by the Brand teams to continue to improvement of the experiences.

It also helps brands and experience providers on the platform improve their service - they also want to know if experiences aren’t reflecting them well as a brand.

Your feedback will go a long way in helping them create something that will help you!

What will you do with my review?

Your reviews, bad or good, are so helpful for the brand teams to improve!

They will analyse your feedback on a regular basis and apply learnings to future campaigns.
