The basics to get you up and running as a new venue account

This article will give you a quick run-through of how Experience This works.

You will learn:

What is Experience This?

We are a platform used by brands to manage their brand activity.


Once you are on the platform - brand sales reps can use the platform to book you in branded events, activations & POS!

What can you do on the platform?

At the moment, only your sales rep can book events & activations. But having you signed up to the platform will make it much easier for them to get you what you are promised and also keep you updated as to what to expect!

You can use your account to:

Email Updates

The main benefit of your account is you can be kept in the loop about your bookings.

  • Your sales rep will send off a request on your behalf - usually while they are in a meeting with you

  • Once this is confirmed internally, you will receive an automated confirmation email with what to expect and when

Manage Your Bookings

The Your Bookings section houses all your upcoming and past events. Here you'll be able to:

What's included in your booking

By clicking on the details button shown in the above image, you will be taken to an overview of the booking, which includes details on the exact items which are included.

Adding your team

You can add team members here

They will be sent a link to join your account!

This will give team members access to the Your Events section, so they can see upcoming bookings for the venue and be kept in the loop about any future events. They will also receive confirmation and cancellation emails with everything about what to expect and when.
