This article is written for venue users, so that they can see the status of their bookings and understand what is happening with their event/delivery.

If an event or kit is booked for you, this order will then show up under Manage, My Bookings in the menu.
Details
If you click on the Profile button you will see the profile for the event that has been booked for you. The assets included are a true representation of what has been booked.
Status and Timings
If you click 'Status & Timings' for the booking in question, you'll then be taken to the Task Timeline page where you can monitor the progress of your booking.
This also will show which assets are included in your booking.
Please note all dates and timings are guidelines and for deliveries that are not event related, they are not guaranteed.
You can see whether the booking still needs to be approved at brand level, agency level or whether delivery has been made. You can also see useful links here for your booking.
You also have an option here to flag an issue if there is a problem at any of these stages.
You can also select to Rate & Review your booking from this section.
Please note that clicking the 'Flag issue' button will trigger an alert email to be sent to all associated stakeholders, so please be wary of using this button.
