How to find out info about your event/booking, flag issues or cancel.

This article is written for venue users, so that they can see the status of their bookings and understand what is happening with their event/delivery.

See the status of my booking

If an event or kit is booked for you, this order will then show up in the 'Your Bookings' section of your account.

Details

If you click on the details button you will see the profile for the event that has been booked for you. The assets included are a true representation of what has been booked.

Status and Timings

If you click 'Status and Timings' for the booking in question, you'll then be taken to the Task Timeline page where you can monitor the progress of your booking.

This also will show which assets are included in your booking.


Please note all dates and timings are guidelines and for deliveries that are not event related, they are not guaranteed.


On the right of the screen you will see the Activation Summary which gives an overall view of the progress of your booking. You can see whether the booking still needs to be approved at brand level, agency level or whether delivery has been made. You can also see useful links here for your booking.

The Task and milestones section in the centre of the page gives a more detailed view of each stage and also allows you to flag an issue if there is a problem at any of these stages. You can also select to Rate & Review your booking from this section.

Please note that clicking the 'Flag issue' button will trigger an alert email to be sent to all associated stakeholders, so please be wary of using this button.
