Brand helpdesk: How to see your bookings

How to see the names of outlets you have sold activities into, and the status of your bookings.

This article is for Brand users. If you are a Venue user, take a look at this article.

For Brand users;

Log in to your account and go to Booking Requests.

You will see the following tabs:

Brand Approval

This tab is for those bookings you have submitted and are yet to be confirmed by the brand approver.

Agency Approval

These bookings have been approved by the brand approver, and are now pending agency approval.

Confirmed

These bookings are confirmed and booked in.

Declined/Cancelled

The rejected are those that have been rejected by brand or agency.

You can use the search to filter by venue or campaign name, and select to export the data.

When exporting the data, it gives you the option to select all, or choose a specific campaign. You also have the option to export by financial year.
