Here are step-by-step instructions on how to export your polling data from your Infor POS Server/PC to Expressway.
Please note: All steps must be completed to ensure the export is successful. The exporting time may vary based on the selected date range. Please do not quit or leave the process in the middle of the export, as this can result in incomplete reporting.

Log in to the Infor POS Server PC using a store manager account.
Click the SmartWorkNet icon (purple-colored).
Select the IXpress Export button.
In the “CSV – Re-Run Existing Files” dialog box, select the Start Date and End Date for generating the CSV file:
The default is set to "yesterday." If this is correct, click OK; otherwise, adjust the dates as needed.
Once the CSV process completes, a new dialog box titled “SmartSeries TLo...” will appear.
The default date range here is also set to "yesterday." Adjust the dates if necessary to match the range you used in the previous step.
Click the Export button to start the export process.
When the process is complete, a "Files Created Successfully" dialog box will appear—click OK.
Finally, click Close in the “SmartSeries TLo...” dialog box to complete the export process.
Repeat the steps above for any additional days as needed, adjusting the Start Date and End Date accordingly for each day.
