The Analytics dashboard offers different views to help users access and analyze metrics at various organizational levels. Depending on your user role (Company, Region, District, or Store level), you’ll see options tailored to your permissions in the navigation menu.

Company, Region, and District-Level Users
Dashboard Options:
Company Dashboard: Rolls up metrics for all levels the user has access to.
Store Dashboard: Allows the selection of a single store to view metrics specific to that location.
Store-Level Users
Dashboard Options:
Store Dashboard: Displays metrics specific to the user’s store.
Note: Store-level users will not see the Company Dashboard option.
Viewing a Dashboard
Once you’ve selected a dashboard, you can choose between two viewing modes:
Card View (Default)
Description: Each metric is displayed in its own dashboard card for easy visualization.
Best For: Users who prefer a quick glance at key metrics with visual separation.
Table View
Description: Metrics are displayed in a table format with organized columns.
Features for Company, Region, and District-Level Users:
Progressive Totals: The table columns represent aggregated totals based on your organizational level.
Example: A Company-level user will see totals for the entire company and all regions.
Level Navigation:
Level Menu: Use the dropdown to select a specific level for detailed metrics.
Column Header Links: Click on a link in the level column’s header to drill down into the selected level.
Best For: Users analyzing trends or comparing metrics across multiple levels.
