When you add an activity you can assign it to another Exsalerate user.

To do this simply add their name in the assigned to field within the activity window.

An email is sent to notify the assigned team member which includes a direct link to the activity in Exsalerate and it will appear in their to-do list.

You may also choose a stakeholder in the activity to keep them in the loop (choose to email them a notification or not)

This will appear in the stakeholder's to-do list as a purple tile
