Exsalerate prompts you to set a follow-up activity to progress the lead/opportunity through the stages/phases of your sales pipeline.
When you complete an activity in Exsalerate you will see this option:
The follow-up activity window now contains the notes from the previous activity for easy reference.
The note history continues to carry through to the next activity if you click done & create a follow-up activity.
