Update your existing sales pipeline at any time to suit your business requirements

To set up the different phases of your sales process click on Settings and 'Phases'

If you wish to change the title of the phases simply write over the existing title and click save.

If you're adding new phases click Add New, enter the new phase title, and click Save

To remove an existing phase you'll need to reallocate all records mapped to that particular phase before Exsalerate will let you delete it

To reallocate customers/opportunities download your bulk data file in a CSV format

Filter the phase column on the spreadsheet and change it to the phase name you now wish existing records to be mapped to

Click save and ensure it's in .csv format

NOTE: Once you've downloaded your data we strongly recommend you keep a copy of the original file in case you make a mistake

When you're finished editing drag and drop your (comma-separated value format) file back into the window. A tick will appear if the upload is successful.

Now you can go back to phase settings and delete the phase
