No, once you redeem your gift and start the subscription, you may not pause it.
I have an active subscription. What happens if I redeem a gift?
Redeeming a gift will automatically extend your subscription by the number of months on your gift. IE: if today is Oct 15th, 2025 and your current subscription is set to renew on Nov 1, 2025. Adding a 3 month gift subscription will extend your current subscription by 3 months (you will not be charge during this 3 month period). After you gift period has expired, you will pick right back up where you left off.
