Yes. For subscription externships, you can still enroll in a cohort after its start date.
What changes if you join late
The cohort's end date is not extended, so you'll have less time to finish. The program ends at 11:59 PM ET on the listed end date.
Live meetings run between the cohort's start and end dates. If you join late, you can catch up on recorded company meetings where they're available.
You keep access to the modules for as long as your subscription is active, even after the cohort ends.
Award eligibility
Top Performer Award: complete all required deliverables by the cohort's end date.
Completer Award: if you haven't reached 100% by the end date, a 3-week grace period is added automatically. Complete everything within it.
If that doesn't leave you enough time, consider enrolling in a later cohort of the same externship instead.
Company-sponsored programs are different
Programs you apply to through a partner or company have an application deadline. Once the deadline has passed or the cohort has started, late applications aren't considered for that cohort, even if the form still lets you submit.
