Everyone who completes the program requirements is considered for the Completer Award. If you go above and beyond, you may be selected for the Top Performer Award instead. You will be recognized with either the Completer Award or the Top Performer Award—not both.
Both awards require 100 % progress, but Top Performer replaces Completer for selected externs.
NOTE: All cohorts with start dates prior to May 26th, 2025 are NOT eligible for an award.
