Do you want to sell or give your Fabli to another family? Here are the steps to follow so that the new owners can use it easily.
Steps for the current owner (you)
Delete your purchased content
If you have purchased content, remove it from your Fabli.
Delete your personalized content
If you created and added personalized contents, remove it from your Fabli.Delete your Fabli from your account
Once all purchased and personalized content has been removed, please contact us so we can unlink the Fabli from your account. In your message, please include the Fabli's serial number if you have more than one.No reset necessary
You do not need to reset your Fabli to factory settings.
Your Fabli is now ready for its new family!
Steps for the new owners
Access the onboarding game and settings
Upon first use, you can access the onboarding game and change the Fabli language in the settings menu.Register your Fabli
Download the mobile app and register your Fabli. If needed, update your Fabli.
⚠️ Important
The 12-month limited warranty is non-transferable. Therefore, it will not be possible to activate the warranty on this Fabli.
Your Fabli is now ready to be used!
