If four blue dots are displayed on your Fabli, it means it's in connectivity mode.
To use your Fabli, disable connectivity mode by sliding the small yellow switch located underneath the device.
Connectivity mode should only be enabled when there is an update to perform or when you want to add/delete content on the Fabli.
