Our customer support will be closed from April 2–6 (these are also bank holidays).
On March 30, March 31, and April 1, our phone will be open as usual from 9:00–16:00.
You can also always reach us via chat or email between 9:00–16:00.
When can I expect to receive my salary? 💰
Due to bank holidays, there will be minor changes to our payroll processing.
The following days are bank holidays (in addition to weekends):
April 2 – Maundy Thursday
April 3 – Good Friday
April 6 – Easter Monday
However, we will still be ready to transfer salaries to you during the three days leading up to Easter.
Salary transferred via a normal bank transfer on April 1 will be available in your account on April 7.
If you would like your salary available in your account before Easter, the last day for the transfer to reach your bank account before Easter is March 31.
It is not possible for us to pay out salaries using instant transfer on April 1.
