As an additional service, Factofly offers the option of quick payment.

Quick payment allows you to receive payment before your customer has paid the sent invoice.

Process for quick payment:

  1. Request a credit assessment of your customer. You can request a credit assessment of your customer by contacting us via email, phone, or through our chat. We can only perform credit assessments for businesses. If you invoice an individual, we cannot provide quick payment for your invoice.

  2. Positive assessment = quick payment. If we can provide a positive credit assessment of your customer, you will be notified automatically, and we will process your payment. Your customer will receive an email asking them to confirm that the work has been completed.

  3. Receive your funds. You will receive your funds within 24 hours (after approval from your customer). There is a fee of 1.95% for receiving your funds through quick payment.
