If your customer needs a detailed overview of the amount of time spent on a task, you have the option to use our time tracking tool. Here, you can track your time continuously on your tasks and get a detailed overview of how your time is distributed.

Time tracking or punch card?

You can choose to either use it as a tool that gives your customer an overview of how many hours you have spent on different tasks or let your customers purchase a punch card, where they can use their punches continuously.

How do I register my time?

You have the option to either manually register your time or do it directly within the time tracking tool.

  1. Create a task. If your customer has purchased a punch card or a fixed number of hours, you need to select the punch card option.

  2. You can now choose to register your time by adding time tracking under the task. Here, you note the time, duration, and a description of the work.

Alternatively, you can use the time tracking tool. Here, you select the corresponding task, provide a description, and then start the time tracking by pressing the green button. When you stop the time tracking, it will automatically be added to your task. You have the option to edit it afterwards.

Send your time to your customer.

You have the option to continuously send your time to your customer or attach a consolidated overview to your invoice. You can see an example here: TimeOverview.

If you want to keep your customer updated regularly, simply click on the recorded time and select "send to customer."
