To get access to your insights reports, the following steps need to be completed:
Complete the Company Assessment questions - 100% completion
Submit the Documents - 100% completion
(skipping documents you do not currently have in place)
Employee Survey completion to at least 60%
A completion rate of 85%+ is going to give you a much more accurate insight into employee demographics and experience.
On completion of all three steps, our behavioural science team will review and score your submitted documentation. You will be able to unlock your insights within 7 days. Just go to your Fair HQ dashboard to dive in.
