Company just signed up?

We'll have a 30-minute Launch call with you and your team to show you the ropes, understand your context and set realistic goals that get the most out of Fair HQ.

Not ready to Audit or got the people to do multiple things? Start laying the Critical Foundations of equality, a science-backed action plan to support diversity and inclusion.

How does the process look?

Cycle of Audit, Reports, Insights call and prioritisation, Strategy with recommended actions and how to guides, and tools for embedding the change.

Each Fair HQ session cycles through gathering data, analysing it and determining strategy so that you can make evidence-based changes to improve DEI at your company.

We suggest a new session 6 months after your previous employee survey. Audit is faster the second time since you only need to update answers that have changed. πŸ₯³

A session goes like this:

  1. Audit your DEI with the company self-assessment and employee survey. (4-6 weeks)

  2. Review your Reports internally and customise your personalised Strategy (both are available automatically the day after you hit 75% survey and 100% assessment). We'll have a 40 minute call to help you better understand the results, decide which challenges to focus on and which initiatives you'll use to tackle them. (2-3 weeks)

  3. Take action: Follow the step-by-step guides to complete your recommendations in Strategy. Complete actions in Critical Foundations and use Campaigns to raise DEI awareness with Slack. (4-6 months)

Then we cycle back around and keep on evolving towards the diverse and thriving culture that you want for your people. We'll be here every step of the way, finding your best route and cheering you along it!
