Once your company has completed the audit, received the insights and selected key priorities, we prepare a set of recommendations to advance D&I across your entire business. Our Behavioural Science team hand-picks recommendations that are most impactful for your business at this stage of your D&I journey.

Equality recommendations

We review all of the information you provided in your Company Assessment, including the practices and policies that you do and don't have in place. We also look at where employees are most critical of your internal processes to understand where you can make the most difference.

Diversity recommendations

For your diversity priorities, we select recommendations to help you improve the representation of minority groups. The strategy we propose depends on the metrics of diversity you're aiming to improve and the seniority levels you're seeking to impact. Most of our diversity recommendations focus on building equitable processes for hiring and internal progression, but we have longer-term strategies for investing in your talent pipeline too.

Inclusion recommendations

When selecting recommendations for inclusion, we consider the gaps in employee experiences as well as your lowest scoring questions in the employee survey. We look at which employee groups are driving these scores to provide recommendations tailored towards improving their experience.

๐Ÿ’ญ For example, if we see that employees with mental health difficulties are scoring particularly low for belonging, we would offer recommendations that benefit everyone's sense of belonging as well as initiatives specifically targeted at supporting your employees' mental wellbeing.

There are no quick fixes or easy answers when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Getting it right takes time. Every action you take, big or small, is another step forward on the journey. All of these steps work together to create a much larger shift, and Fair HQ will be with you every step of the way.

We're learning a lot about the types of recommendations companies need and plan to automate this process in the future.
