When you send a survey, Fair HQ emails each employee a secure link where they consent to the privacy notice and provide their answers.
After that, Fair HQ sends up to 3 reminders every 3 working days to employees who haven't completed their survey yet. To enhance privacy we don't reveal which individuals haven't completed, but the system knows who to remind.
The invitation email will be from hello@fairhq.co with the subject line Fair HQ - Your Company Needs You!
It will contain the name of the Fair HQ Team Owner as we found mentioning a person boosts engagement and comfort that the survey request was legit.
We suggest having employees add us to their contacts or having IT whitelist us to ensure our emails arrive safely!
