Do you have any medication forms laying around? Whether it’s CalPol, EpiPen or antibiotics - record, manage, and get permission for all medications you administer.

Rest easy knowing all medications are acknowledged by parents and staff members and never lose track of amounts, doses and exact timings medications should be given.

Simply head to Medication in Safeguarding and add all details. Managers and parents need to acknowledge the form before staff can administer doses.

Then parents will get a notification about each dose to acknowledge them.

To start, add each child to your immunization records overview and record their completed (or exempted) immunizations. If a child is current with all doses, check the Mark all overdue doses as completed box to prefill them based on the child’s age.

Famly will guide you on remaining and overdue doses according to CDC recommendations and each child's birth date. Once completed, these records are accessible in both staff and parent views on the child’s profile.
