What's a Pricing Band?
You can set prices for the sessions and products in your setting, based on a child's age. By setting up rules for automatic changes, the app can make sure that you always charge the right prices.
Create a Pricing Band
To set up a Pricing Group:
Go to Settings in your sidebar and click on Finances
From here, click on Pricing bands
Enter the names of your pricing bands here
If you charge the same price for your sessions no matter the age of the children, just enter one pricing band that covers the entire age span of children in your nursery, for example 'All Children'.
Delete a Pricing Band
Deleting pricing bands can get a little tricky - children won't automatically be moved to another pricing band, so you will have to do this manually in their plans. We recommend moving children to another pricing band (or creating a new one to replace the one your wish to delete) before deleting the old pricing band.
If you have created Pricing advance rules, make sure to update these with your new pricing band as well.
