Packages, Sessions and Products can be added to a child's booking plan or profile to outline when they're expected to attend the center. When it comes time to bill parents, these items will be included on their bills.

Packages, Sessions and Products can be added by going to Settings โ Pricing โ Pricing structure. Once there, click New item and select what you would like to add.
Packages
Create fixed weekly or monthly schedules with a correlating fixed price. You can add multiple packages to a child's booking plan.

โTo create a Package:
Click on New Item and Create new package
Enter a title
Select if this particular package will be charged weekly or monthly
Select which age groups the package is available to, and add your standard and Ad Hoc prices
Select Flexible booking time if you would like the times to be able to be changed per booking pattern
Set the days that the package will apply to
Click Save
Sessions
Sessions are single items that can be added to a booking plan. For example, you could offer Morning, Afternoon, or After-school Sessions that correspond to different times of day.

Sessions can also be added as ad-hoc bookings, outside of the regular booking pattern. If you want to have ad-hoc sessions as a separate option, these must still be added as a Session, not a Product or children will not show up in your Room Planning.

โTo create a new session:
Click the New Item button in the top right corner and click on Session, from the drop-down menu:
A new screen will open, where you can enter the details of the session
First, enter the session title (what you write here will show on the invoice).
Decide on whether pricing should be:
Hourly is for sessions charged by time. The time is set when adding the session. If you offer great flexibility in terms of when children are arriving and leaving the nursery on daily basis, creating sessions with an hourly rate can prove to be handy
Per Session to charge a fixed session price
Monthly is the monthly rate for the session e.g. a full day, once a week, would cost $100 a month
Check the age groups that this session is available to and enter the corresponding price
The Ad Hoc prices on the right should be entered if you would like the session to be available 'Ad Hoc'. If you wish to charge a different price for one-off sessions that are not included in a child's plan, this is where you would enter that price.
It is possible to select 'Flexible booking time' if you offer flexible times on that particular session
Enter the time that the session starts and ends
Select daily availability for the session
Select whether you want to charge for the session if it were to occur on the different types of closing days, and whether you would still charge a child for a session if they have reported in sick or absent
PLEASE NOTE: This does not apply to when the session is added as an ad-hoc session. The session will always automatically be charged, unless it is deleted.Click Save
Sessions cannot be added in bulk, but you can still update your plans in bulk.
Fees
Fees are add-on purchasable items such as meals or extra fees. A fee is created very similarly to a session:
Start by clicking on New Item and then select Fee from the drop-down menu.
A new window will open (as below), where you can add a title (this is how it will appear on an invoice)
Select if your fee will be charged weekly or monthly. If you invoice by actuals, monthly pricing for products is not possible
Select which age groups the fee is available to, and add Prices
Set daily availability
Select whether or not this fee should be invoiced on specific closure days
Choose whether or not you would like discounts to apply to the fee
Click Save
Charging for Packages, Sessions and Fees
Packages, Sessions and Products that are linked to a booking plan will be charged for depending on the settings you have selected for that item.
When creating a new Package, Session, or Product, you can choose whether this item should be charged for based on the child's attendance or not. For example, if a child is sick, absent or the center is closed, you can set for the item to remain charged for on bills going forward. However, if you would like to charge parents based on their child's attendance, you can uncheck the boxes below to make sure that the child is not charged for this item on days they are sick, absent or when the center is closed.
