How to check children into your site, using the app
The children can be checked in and out through the room overview.
Log in to the app
Click the setting overview in the menu on the left (highlighted in the image below)
Click on a room to enter
Click on the profile picture of one child (or several children) which will mark them with a purple checkmark
Click Status, in the box on the left
Click Check In
This will log the time the child was checked in under their photo, as well as change their image to colour.
How to check children out of your site, using the app
The children can be checked in and out through the room overview.
Log in to the app
Click the setting overview, in the menu on the left (highlighted in the image below)
Click on a room to enter
Click on the profile picture of one child (or several children) which will mark them with a green checkmark
Click Status, in the box on the left
Click Check Out
This will log the time the child was checked out under their photo, as well as change their image back to black and white.
Checking a child in or out from their profile
You can check a child in or out from their profile too. To do this:
Log in to the app
Navigate to the profile of the child you want to check in or out.
Click on the Activity tab
Click Add on the activity feed
Choose Check in or Check out
Note: If a child is marked as sick after they've already been checked in for the day it will say Checked Out by Famly.
